The network is curated, intentionally small, and expanded by invitation. Member identities are confidential by default.
How specialists are engaged
Written review of client deliverables before they are released. Typical commitment of two to three hours per engagement.
Participation in client working sessions as a domain specialist. Typical commitment of 60 to 90 minutes per session.
Focused consultation on specific strategic or technical questions. Typical commitment of 30 minutes.
Stress-testing of frameworks, technical teardowns, and points of view before publication under the Inflect name.
Contribution to strategic decisions on how Inflect scopes, prices, and positions its engagements.

Terms of engagement
Engagements are scoped to specific problems and specific hours. Typical range is one to three hours per engagement. Occasionally five to ten hours on extended work.
Compensation reflects the experience brought. Payment is issued within seven days of completion, against a light invoicing process.
Specialist identities are not disclosed to clients unless explicit permission is given. Where disclosure is agreed, introductions are made with full context.
Every engagement is optional. A short brief is sent, the specialist decides. There are no quotas and no minimum commitments.
